Udon originally came from China during the Nara period, and was made by boiling rice cakes in flour. It is said to have been called kondon, which became undon, then udon. At Kineya, we create a combination of udon from the Sanuki region and dashi from the Kansai region. Please enjoy to your heart’s content.
